When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship all items within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Please note that during peak periods like festivals, sales events, or unexpected situations, processing may occasionally take up to 5 business days or longer. We appreciate your understanding when these special circumstances occur. Large wholesale orders typically require 3-10 working days to process, depending on stock availability. We will proactively notify you of any delays.
What payment methods are accepted?
PinKeepers.com accepts PayPal as the primary payment method — a globally recognized platform for secure online transactions. Additional supported options include telegraphic transfer (T/T) and Western Union wire transfers.
Do I need to provide my phone number when placing an order?
Yes, your phone number is essential for delivery coordination: couriers use it to contact you for delivery arrangements, updates, or issue resolution. Your number is solely used for order fulfillment and is never shared for unrelated purposes. Rest assured, we prioritize your privacy.
How much does the shipping cost, and what shipping methods are available?
We provide Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. There are two shipping methods available, depending on the order amount:
1. Free Standard Shipping (Post Air Mail) for order under $300;
2. Free Expedited Shipping (Fedex, DHL, UPS) for order over $300; for order under this amount, the cost is $35.
What is the estimated delivery time to my country?
Item location is in China, shipping to US, EU and most other countries by standard shipping is around 8 to 15 working days, by expedited shipping around 3 to 7 working days; considering the complicated international shipping procedures, the estimated delivery time table below is provided only for reference. (Important Notes: Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays. Remote area surcharges apply to DHL/FedEx/UPS shipments and are not included in free shipping.)

Is there a tracking number provided for my order?
All your orders will come with tracking infomation which you will receive automatically via email once your package ships; Check your spam folder if not in inbox.
If you still can't find it, contact support at order@pinkeepers.com with your order number, and we'll resend it within 24 hours.
What should I do if the packaged is not received?
Firstly, you can track the package status by visiting the tracking link that we sent to you; if there's no tracking information, you can contact us, and we will let our shipping forwarder to track the package, if your package is missing, we will refund your money or send you a replacement.
Does your company offer a money-back or refund guarantee?
Yes, we allow the product to be returned for a refund within 60 days after you receive the products. We'll refund your payment when we receive the returned products.
